About Us

Lisa Ryder is an award winning artist in many types of media, but prefers sculpture with attitude. Having attended Alberta College of Art and Design, as well as being a first year apprentice carpenter, Lisa found both environments too serious and decided making snarky but cute sculptures and asking people to join in was a much better way to live life and have some fun along the way.

As one of the main instructors for a popular bead outlet in Alberta, and the a short stint in Saskatchewan, Lisa now resides in Cranbrook BC and refuses to turn back. She lives a quiet life with her spouse, two dogs, two cats, and way more garden than a person without goats should have to deal with.
